    Account Questions:


  • Q: I have upgraded to premium but my account still says its free.

    A: Logout and then log back in to your account.

  • Q: I have upgraded to premium but i am still getting the timer before downloading.

    A: Ensure you are logged into your account. Alternatively try a different browser or use a download manager (point 4 below.)

  • Q: I have a premium account however when i try to download a file it tells me i have reached my download limit.

    A: Ensure you are logged into your account. If you are logged in, logout and then back in again or try a different browser or use a download manager (point 4 below.)

  • Q: Does your site support download managers?

    A: Jdownloader is supported. A guide can be viewed here.

  • Q: Cant Login?

    A: Submit a password reminder by clicking here.

  • Q: My premium account expiry date is incorrect

    A: Premium expiry dates are in the following format DD/MM/YYYY and additionally the timezone for expiry is GMT.

  • Q: I am unable to submit a payment.

    A: Please contact us.

  • Q: A file i downloaded from your service is not what i expected it to be.

    A: Contact the person who provided you with the link.

    A: Clear your browser cache. Restart your browser and try again or contact us.

    Q: Can i store video files on your service?

    A: Video files can be stored using our service provided you own the copyright on the content and it adheres to the terms and conditions. Note that adult content is not allowed and any user found to be storing adult content on our site will be deleted without notice.

  • Q: Is this free?

    A: Yes, uploading and downloading is 100% Free for all users. We offer premium accounts which allows for greater flexibility with uploading/downloading.

  • Q: Will my files be removed?

    A: Free/non accounts files are kept for 60 days. Premium accounts files are kept for unlimited days.

  • Q: How many files can I upload?

    A: You can upload as many files as you want, as long as each one adheres to the Terms of Service and the maximum file upload size.

  • Q: Which files types am I allowed to upload?

    A: You may upload the following types of files: Any.

  • Q: Are there any restrictions to the size of my uploaded files?

    A: Each file you upload must be less than 2.00 GB in size for free/non accounts or less than 4.00 GB in size for premium accounts. If it is greater than that amount, your file will be rejected.

  • Q: Can I upload music or videos?

    A: Yes. Music and video hosting is permitted as long as you own the copyright on the content and it adheres to the terms and conditions.

  • Q: There are some files on our servers which may have been subject to copyright protection, how can I notify you of them?

    A: Via our report abuse pages.
